My professional journey in operations & production began and has played-out in some of the most prominent and successful Advertising Agencies in the UK, and is characterised by continued growth in my responsibilities and progression. From formative years in Edinburgh’s Faulds Advertising, where I established and honed fundamental core skills, through my time at BBH London where I contributed to three consecutive Campaign Agency-Of-The-Year awards, I’ve always had a commitment to outstanding craft. More recently, I played a pivotal role in the successful launch of Girl&Bear, VCCP’s internal Production Studio. Throughout, my focus has been on delivering efficient above-benchmark output while creating strong relationships with my internal teams, partners and clients. I believe that by creating an environment based on trust, honesty and a strong culture, all success is possible, with the right team. My track record includes delivering tangible results for my team, my agency and our regional, national and global clients. I’m now actively seeking new challenges, driven by the desire to build upon and further my past success.
