I bring hands-on retail experience from The Salvation Army, where I managed tills and supported customers, and from Domino’s Pizza, where I thrived in fast-paced settings. I am adaptable, efficient, and committed to delivering excellent service in dynamic retail environments. Furthermore the time I spent at Zwilling helped me understand how to handle fast pace high end retail.
Context - We were given a scenario and had to act as a financial analyst. Action - Had to give advice for a business on how to improve and what to focus on. Results - Resulted in me obtaining a Certificate of Achievement.
Context - Worked as a runner sorting out and packing orders while clocking in and out drivers. Action - Taking orders and interacting with customers in-store.
Context - Volunteered as a worker sorting donations and working at the till. Action - Interacting with customers to deliver a good customer service.
When studying alongside Kofi I found him to be consistently dedicated, reliable, and hardworking. They approached their studies with focus and showed a strong ability to collaborate with others. I believe they would be a valuable and positive addition to any team or opportunity they pursue.
