About

15 years turning ambitious creative visions into reality. I'm a production expert with business acumen, equally comfortable managing a 10+ person team at CHANEL, launching @chanel.beauty from scratch, or finding the right partners as Director of Operations at an independent ad agency. My career spans luxury (CHANEL, Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garçons), global agencies (Marcel, Ogilvy One), and entrepreneurship (La Constellation, LGBTQI+ cultural space in Paris). What I do: I produce everything. TV campaigns (11 out of 13 spots for CITEO's national campaign), digital ecosystems localized across 17 countries, mobile apps and webapps, brand activations, editorial calendars, arcade installations for pop-up stores. If it needs to exist, I know how to make it happen—on time, on budget, without compromising quality. My edge: I'm a Swiss Army knife who thrives in complexity. I've worked with Japanese and Chinese teams, creating market-specific digital campaigns and understanding cross-cultural collaboration. I build production processes from the ground up, mentor juniors, and solve problems others haven't faced yet. Whether it's bleeding-edge tech for Louis Vuitton campaigns or scaling operations across multiple markets, I bring structure to chaos and clarity to ambiguity. Currently: Available for strategic production roles (Head of Production, Director of Operations, Chief of Staff) or high-impact freelance projects. I studied Japanese at INALCO and spent a year in Tokyo—I'm equally at home navigating Parisian creative studios and international teams. Let's talk if you need someone who can handle the full spectrum: creative production, team building, stakeholder management, and operational excellence. 📍 Paris | 🌐 Open to international projects | 🇬🇧🇫🇷🇯🇵
