• Organisation of pre-production, on-set and post-production processes. • Creation and updating of tracking sheets and fashion boards. • Ensuring brand image consistency across all platforms. • Defining the visual and artistic strategy. • Overseeing creative content (shoots, campaigns). • Managing brand reputation and visual identity.
• Full logistics management of shoots (schedules, transport, equipment). • Coordination of creative teams (photographers, stylists, make-up artists, models). • Smooth communication between all stakeholders and the client. • Overall project supervision (fashion shows, shoots, events) from concept to delivery. • Research, pre-selection and recruitment of talent (models, extras). • Organisation and supervision of castings (auditions, fittings).
• Art Direction: Conceptualising visual identities, creative concepts and moodboards to respond to briefs. Translating abstract ideas into immersive narratives and powerful symbolic imagery. • Painting: Creation of original artworks, exhibition management and direct sales. • Music Composition: Design and production of sound creations for independent and personal projects. • Photography: Film-based shoots (portraits, fashion, events) including retouching and delivery. • Styling: Selecting clothing and accessories, composing looks and adjusting outfits during shoots. • Project Management: Full freelance cycle — prospecting, proposals, contracts, budget and invoicing.
