Key communication and coordination between Creative Direction with Product Development and Collection Merchandising. RTW Finished Products: Denim, Leather, Knitwear, Jersey and Soft Accessories - Responsible for the development of each category via follow-up and updated collection plans, from brief till show. - Coordination and assistance of fittings and styling sessions with the Creative Direction and Studio. - Coordination and organisation before, during and after shows. - Participation in development of new Upcycling line.
Collection Coordination: - Monitoring workflow & development schedule of the Studio. - Proposition of pre-owned garments and deadstock materials to upcycle. - Ideation, assortment selection and execution of vintage pop-up. Communications: -Organisation and execution of shootings and content creation
Close collaboration with: Product Development, Collection Merchandising, Studio, PR and E-Commerce. - Close Collaboration with E-Commerce & Content Creation: directives on how to shoot product packshots, coordination of shootings with prototypes, control of packshots, feedback on edits, ensuring correct editing for packshots to be upload to the online store. - Participation in collection briefs, by providing market insights. Monthly direct and indirect competitive analysis. - Crafting product positioning for international launches: by creating communication and training presentations and tools. - Collaboration and product meetings with Product Development and Studio for development of prototypes and conformities. - End of Life Project: developed and propose circular solutions to avoid product destruction through recycling and upcycling.
