Founded in 2018 by Creative Director and Beauty Editor, Charlotte-Anne Fidler (Vogue, ELLE, Glamour, Marie Claire), the brand has gone from strength to strength. Responsible for developing and implementing the digital marketing in its entirety and CRM strategy, as well as having extensive input in the brand strategy. Implementing and building the brand across all digital channels (PPC, Google Shopping, Organic & Paid Social, Affiliates, Email and online marketplaces). Additionally, building awareness of the teen/tween skincare category, helping customers to discover the brand and buy the products online via the brand website. Also stepping in to help streamline the Operations Management and Product run rate forecasting for Spots & Stripes. Having started in just August, within the last 4 months of 2023 sales had increased by 143% having acted as Head of Digital Marketing. By Q1 of 2024, traditionally a slower Quarter, sales growth continued to grow by 156%.
