Member of the Executive board and responsible for the general management of the subsidiary and operations. Leading the business execution and performance assuming P&L accountability. I recently decided to support companies and international startups as a consultant , by following their business development, their new strategy and implementation plan. I am an expert in retail and wholesale distribution strategies with responsibility for the income statement. My ability to support growth and profit through 360 ° strategies in the context of brand repositioning is proven. I attach particular importance to the leadership development of management teams. A position of Business Unit Director / Retail Director in an international market is my next challenge.
