I was hands on in updating our WordPress / WooCommerce platform while managing development and marketing agencies to drive significant improvements in our eCommerce results. Achieved 126% increase in conversion rate and 26% in AOV. Implemented a new operational process, saving two days per month in manpower and over 20% in shipping costs. My role was made redundant after the owner put the company into liquidation due to a lack of funding.

Led project to create and launch a dedicated clearance website and Ebay Outlet. Merchandised website to drive customers towards key promotions and product ranges.
