My role as COO focused heavily on our eCommerce activities, whilst I worked with the CEO and leadership team to build and deliver our strategy for business growth.

Managed a complete redesign and redevelopment of the website using responsive design, the new site won a couple of best website awards from ECMOD and the Ecommerce Awards for Excellence. Increased sales by over 100% year on year.
