Worked in the same company but different group - Marketin & Communication Director, Montblanc
Apr 2019 - Mar 2025

We have worked together in a collaborative spirit that was transmitted to our teams. The collaboration between our two departments that we built together was for us the key factor to execute the brand strategy, reach the targets, develop our clienteling strategy and to bring the best experience to our clients. One of the best examples of synergies between retail back-office team, boutique staff, and marketing & communication department was a successful Pop Up at Printemps Haussman. Jérôme had also a strong proximity with his team by being frequently in the boutiques to support them with clear guidance and to elevate the competences of the teams thanks to his expertise in luxury retail.

Worked in the same group - Retail Operations Manager, Montblanc
Apr 2019 - Mar 2025

I am more than happy to provide feedback about Jérôme. Having worked in his team as part of France Retail management at Montblanc I have witnessed firsthand his exceptional leadership, strategic vision, and deep expertise in luxury retail. Jérôme is an inspirational leader who manages to drive performance and transformation across complex retail networks. During our collaboration, he led the French network of 10 internal retail stores, where his strategic direction and hands-on approach resulted in sustained growth and operational excellence. His experience spans both in-store management and broader network oversight, making him uniquely qualified to lead global retail operations at the highest level. What sets him apart is his combination of senior experience and a forward-thinking mindset. He understands the nuances of luxury retail—balancing brand prestige with commercial success—and has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering results. His vision for customer experience and team development is both innovative and grounded in practical, actionable strategies. I have no doubt that Jérôme will bring the same level of dedication, insight and leadership in his future roles. He is not only a strategic thinker but also a mentor who invests in the growth of his team and the success of the business. I give him my highest recommendation and am confident he will make a significant impact in this position.

Definitely. Jerome is a solid professional who not only masters the art of building strong and longlasting relationships with very demanding luxury clients but is also a highly apprecited and respected manager who is passionate about helping his teams grow and reach their potential. On a Personal level, Jerome had a very british sense of humor which makes it very pleasant to work with him.

Cédric Wasilewski
Direct manager - Retail Director, Tiffany & Co.
Nov 2016 - Mar 2019

Jérôme Dumas worked in my teams at Tiffany as a boutique manager, first at Galeries Lafayette, then on Rue de la Paix and finally on the Champs Elysées. Beyond his genuine commitment, I observed in Jérôme the qualities of an honest, positive and dynamic person who inspired both his colleagues and his team. Thanks to his extensive retail and coaching experience, Jérôme was able to bring about positive changes within his stores, punctuated by excellent sales results. He closely monitored his retail KPIs through regular action plans and established routines and rhythms within stores that needed to develop more method and structure. He closely supported his teams through regular meetings and one-to-one sessions, developing a customer service-oriented culture and a CRM approach and reflexes that had previously been under-exploited. His luxury and international culture is a real asset, enabling him to understand and support a large number of retail players. This collaboration was positive, I recommend his profile and am available to discuss his experience with anyone interested. Cédric Wasilewski
