Designed a new brand identity and beverage packaging for Suntory, successfully modernizing the brand and making it more appealing to a younger demographic. Developed the Visual Identity (VI) and User Experience (UX) design frameworks for two digital products, Zhuayumao and Ghawar, aligning them with user research insights and big data strategy initiatives. I worked part-time for a year at Lavazza in Shanghai, China. Due to staff shortages, I worked as both a server and a kitchen assistant. My tasks included seating customers, taking orders, attending to any needs within my area, handling payments, and cleaning tables, etc. When there were fewer customers, because I worked quickly and learned fast, my manager increased my pay and had me assist the chef.
