My passion for jewellery began with antique and historical pieces, and a fascination with how Eastern and Western cultures developed their own distinctive craftsmanship, aesthetics and preferences for gemstones. I began by buying and selling vintage jewellery before moving into fine jewellery with TASAKI, where I developed my knowledge of pearls and Japanese craftsmanship. My experience with Annoushka then introduced me to British jewellery craftsmanship, storytelling and bespoke design. Together, these experiences have shaped my appreciation for jewellery not simply as an object of luxury, but as a combination of craftsmanship, history and personal meaning.
