Over the past 3 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the luxury sector, most recently with Gucci India and DiA Precious Jewellery, where I focused on client engagement, customer experience and high-touch marketing initiatives. My career in luxury may be recent but it builds on a solid foundation of over 12 years in marketing, product strategy, and brand positioning across industries — including financial services. My transition into luxury was intentional, driven by a passion for storytelling, aesthetics and building meaningful client relationships. While my core experience in luxury lies in client engagement, I’ve increasingly worked at the intersection of brand communication and customer experience, collaborating with internal and external teams to craft narratives, guide campaigns and enhance customer touch-points. Since June 2025, I’ve been consulting independently with boutique and emerging luxury brands, helping them refine their brand communication strategies and build stronger client engagement programs. Alongside this, I’ve begun exploring creative ventures — including luxury gifting concepts and handcrafted design — which allow me to stay creatively engaged and deepen my understanding of emotional brand connections. My goal is to return to a full-time leadership role in the luxury space, where I can combine brand communication, client engagement, and creative strategy to help build brands that resonate deeply with their audiences. I’m especially interested in roles that value creativity, insight-driven storytelling, and relationship-building — and I’m always open to conversations with brands, collaborators or founders in the luxury or lifestyle space.
