I’m a Watford-based Makeup Artist and Key Holder at MAC Cosmetics with over eight years of retail experience. A Level 3 Beauty Therapy graduate and Freelance MUA since 2021, I bring leadership expertise from my roles at Kiko Milano,The Fragrance Shop and MAC Cosmetics. I am dedicated to high-quality makeup artistry and delivering a positive customer experience.
My responsibilities as a Key Holder include working alongside the management team, to ensure things run smoothly, carrying out makeup appointments, following customer service and health and safety procedures. Keeping up to date with social media trends and finding different ways to promote the brand and boost sales.
As an Assistant Manager my duties include: Working alongside my Store Manager by assigning the team with different tasks to carry out, working with the team to boost sales, customer service, dealing with deliveries and stock, making sure store standards are up to par and ensuring the store runs smoothly on a day to day basis.

My responsibilities as a supervisor include: Customer service, opening the store,closing the store, creating floor plans to ensure that the day runs smoothly, sending end of day email reports in regards to the sales of the day, regular use of a pos system, processing refunds and purchases, maintaining stock take, putting up new product displays and launches, motivating a team to increase sales, meet targets and maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation across the store.
Serves customers by helping them select products. Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge. Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner. Responds to customers' questions. Working on the jewellery counter, supporting the fitting rooms and shop floor to deliver the best customer experience.
