how to do the Personalisation on Items this would involve teaching them how to use all the machines and how to work on particular materials. • Prepared shopfloor for opening making sure all tills are ready for opening alongside all products are presentable for when customers come inside the store • Working at cash desk accepting payments throughout the shift also at the end of a closing shift making sure all money is safe such as placing it in the money bags and storing them in the safe ready for when they will be collected or taken to be deposited • Business knowledge of basketball teams and players this helps with communication with customers coming into the store which gives them a better experience in store. • During low staff times, I would help in running a shop floor this involves making sure everyone is in allocated spaces, everyone has their name badge on, and everyone is giving their best customer service.

• Ensuring correct placement of stock and replenishment of merchandise throughout the day,this would involve to be very cautious due to allergies for example some of the products would include nuts and would have to ensure no cross contamination will take place • Providing customer assistance daily and greeting with a friendly manner, and helpful attitude so that they can receive the best knowledge as to what they are selecting in the wide range of product • Work towards a target every weekend this would also ensure high quality customer service is always at its best so the team could all receive bonus • I would also have good time management which would improve every week when higher management would give a personal target to be reached.
