During my time at House Of CB I was expected to create a positive, welcoming, and personalised shopping experience through assisting customers at all touchpoints to deliver an exceptional level of customer service and satisfaction. As well as maintaining excellent brand, product and promotional knowledge to actively advise and inspire customers about the garments and exceed their expectations. I was also expected to meet and exceed daily and weekly sales targets in addition to keeping track of the Company’s KPI. Another key part of my role was to maintain presentation standards and ensure the store always reflected HOCB visual guidelines. I also Assisted with replenishment, delivery and organisation tasks.
During this time period, I was working at Mcdonald's Ltd as a crew member. Whilst working there I learned new skills which include working under pressure, communicating with colleagues whilst under pressure, and knowing the proper protocols when dealing with certain scenarios. Whilst working at Mcdonalds I had to reinforce my skills in being able to operate within a team as that is what contributes to the final service we can provide customers with. The reason for my short time at Mcdonald's is the fact that I needed to focus on my education during that time period.
Sephora was an excellent cleaner at AA Guest Rooms, she was also very able to handle any tasks that were thrown her away and in term develop new skills such as: managing and foreseeing the property and allowing things to run smoothly in my absence. Her punctuality, as well as her kindness was refreshing to be around, making her the perfect worker so with that, I would definitely recommend Sephora Kargbo.
