During this internship, I had an opportunity to create photoshoots from scratch using studio lamps and other equipment in a professional environment. With the help of fellow videographers and photographers, I earned experience on how to properly use the studio lighting and how to work with models indoors.
- Engaging with customers to provide the best customer experience. - Folding, hanging, displaying, restocking and merchandising garments per H&M guidelines to maintain a positive shopping experience and maximise selling opportunities. - Unloading delivery trucks, receiving, opening, and unpacking merchandise and labelling merchandise with security tags within efficiency timeline goals. - Educating and promoting the H&M Loyalty program to customers.
The internship included working in various departments of the university. Mostly related to marketing, graphic design and photography. I worked alongside graphic designers learning how to create consistent advertising materials such as leaflets, posters, business cards etc. Apart from that I also supported the photography department which was preparing an exhibition. I also had my first experience with studio lamps and darkroom.
