Product Marketing Specialist
Helped in setting global collection plans based on market needs, trends, and brand's strategic vision (bags, SLG and accessories - over 600 SKUs). Main duties: • Performed benchmarking analysis while collecting market and sales data. Set guidelines related to target customer and price positioning • Attended x-functional meetings with product development and sales • Ensured the regular update of PLM system and collection documents (cockpit, delivery plan, price maps, booklet, etc.) • Managed buying campaigns by providing all necessary information regarding collection structure and core offer proposals • Provided sales analysis, tracking the performance weekly, monthly, and YTD • Monitoring the competitors’ movements: new launches, price increases, new marketing ideas • Dealt with data entry on PLM system and all the documents required for the collection development (cockpit, delivery plan, price maps, booklet etc.)
• As part of the LUISS study program, dealt with the preliminary market/SWOT analysis to develop a targeting and segmentation strategy • Developed a new social media and influencer marketing approach • Partnered with other colleagues in presenting the new strategy aimed at improving market shares in the US, in a short/medium-term perspective
• Partnered with the Head Designer during the digital illustration of sketches, moodboards, colour charts and products (over 500 SKUs) • Dealt with the design of accessories, graphics, color charts, moodboards • Attended industry fairs to identify new market trends • Supported materials/accessories scouting and related supplier relations both in Italy and abroad • Performed product performance analysis to develop new brand development strategies for each global market ► Dealt with the launch of a new brand (Inhibition).
