Leading the Stores and Corners of ECI, North Iberia Spain. By leading, by example, I mean taking care of their sales and targets; and as well, their visual conditions: -32 Corners, in ECIs, divided into categories: Man, Woman and Complements. -24 Stores, fully prepared.

Once retail became a part of you, and your mind is all about KPRs, UPSs, and taking control of people, leading by example: You can grow in other fields such as these: Materials (Buyer) and Designing (Planner). I love to be in movement and always in the battlefield. My positions, are described, as stories because I think, that it is already clear to know that being working in retail: -KPRs. -UPSs. -Management of People. -VM Standards. -Increase Sales. -Tills and Perfect Control of each Store. -Making Rosters and being Organized. -Creating a link between Sales and Customers. -Etc… Are already a condition, that must be required.
In times of pandemic, you just need to improvise. Management, merchandising…All becomes a mix, which it gives you the chance of showing all your potential.
Let's say that for now, and for once: We are going to play by hear. Lucky and happy thought.
It seems, that with this company, everything changes every day but...For better, so I am happy about it. With this role at work, I can finally say: I got it. I get to design all the stores of NSW as an architect, but also; implement them as a visual merchandiser. I am having the control of Chatswood Chase, CBD and Bondi. 12 Stores in total: Williams Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Pottery Barn Kids and my lovely West Elm. I love to be in movement, something that I need and that makes me feel alive. Cheers to it.
Life is about choices, and this time, I chose to be happy. Feels so good to be back into my field. If you work hard, there is nothing that you can not get. This opportunity is something that I have been looking for a long time and so far, I am in love with my job. I love the pressure, the clock ticking and getting my hands dirty doing crazy stuff.

Working in Zara Señora Department of Bourke Street CBD, allows me to learn really quick about fashion and styling. It is created by three different areas: Women, Basic and Trafaluc.
They say: Step by step, you will arrive far. I do not know, if that is true. But I do know, that I have finally realized that besides being an architect and interior designer, I love to be a visual merchandiser. I think, that this position, gives me the opportunity of leading both and I am more than happy to make it happen. 152 Stores under my power, all around China.
Here it is when I decide not to be just an architect. Of course, I love being an architect, it is my life. But this company and this position let me improve myself also in a creative and artistic way. At this moment, I am 26 years old, so I think that I should explore everything and improve my skills. I love architecture, but I also love art, that is why I think that for now: This is what I want to do.
