I am passionate about the textile industry and its constantly evolving cross-channel business. For 20 years, I have been contributing to brands, both middle range and premium, in the creation and management of the offer strategy. I recruit and lead multi-profile teams who create, develop, source and negotiate these offers with a constant focus on improving key KPI's.
My experience in all clothing, accessories and home lines, through different distribution networks (Stores, Web, Print), allows me to master all parts of the product's life: marketing, design, sourcing, procurement, management, merchandising.
As a member of different COMEX, I was able to actively participate in the writing or repositioning of brand platforms as well as the implementation of CSR strategies answering to major societal challenges towards sustainable growth.
My managerial vision based on collective intelligence has allowed me to effectively support teams on new processes and new organizations under the prism of value creation where everyone becomes a leader in their expertise field.
