• Coordination for showroom preparation twice a year (2 collections): showroom tools and presentations including collection presentation ans training tool for commercial teams, SMS reception & flow, commercial lookbook styling & photo shoot coordination and packshot photoshoot coordination (fit, details & function). • Creation of training tools, in coordination with head of retail, for sales advisors in store worldwide. • Optimisation and process creation for collection information flows between collection merchandising and retail and e-commerce teams. • Transmission of collection storytelling and information to marketing and image teams: storytelling texts, key items and key looks, coordination on styling (product fit & details)
Collection development coordination on the women and men Ready-to-Wear perimeter : - Implement and update collection follow-up documents - Verify and check the conformity of collection data on the PLM - Editing follow-up and inputs in the PLM and collection database - Open sales catalog in SAP and push linesheets into JOOR to ensure follow-up with merchandising team - PLM and SAP support for the studio, development, material buying, and atelier teams - Continual improvement of work methods for collection development - Implement automatized analysis tools for collection budget follow-up - Participate in workshops on cross-department subjects: carry-overs codification, and new PLM implementation
On SS24 collection, help with product development on Sports Special Operations collections: - Coordinate communication and work between the studio, technical designers and suppliers to ensure development deadlines are met - Participate in collection fittings, take written comments - Update collection follow-up documents - Create and update product specifications and BOMs on PLM - Generate technical documents and send sample requests to supplier through PLM - Communicate and coordinate suppliers for prototypes launch follow-up
- Collection coordination : follow-up of the collection development phases with the studio and technical teams, update of the follow-up documents such as collection boards, posters, SKU lists; - Codify the collection on PDM; - Support showroom preparation by coordinating samples movements, product photoshoots and updating support documents (brief, collection posters, guidelines); - Manage and coordinate all samples movements between development, studio, showroom and press teams; - Collection brief/structure preparation and presentation to the studio in for SS24 season; - Analyse market trends by realizing price mappings and competition benchmarks to identify missed opportunities
- Support and help with leather goods product development and production - Construct and regularly update global benchmarks and price mappings according to market trends - Conduct punctual market researches - Analyse production stocks - Follow-up of collection and press samples - Prepare e-commerce product description - Manage office logistics and archives
- Implement and coordinate marketing projects on the France & Europe retail network (350 points of sales); - Think the 360° launch strategy of the Fall-Winter 2019 collection in-stores, in coordination with the retail & digital marketing and communication teams; - Manage in complete autonomy the outlets & malls marketing relations (7 partners); - Analyse KPIs of all marketing actions implemented (sales index, average basket, CRM data…)
