Daily relations with Zone Buyers, VM, Supply Chain & Production teams, before, during and after the launch. Permanent & Cross Seasonal: Cleaning of the existing catalogue and launch of a successful brand-new offer. Weekly monitoring of the performances and the forecasts with Supply Chain & Production teams. Contribution to the collection brief for the studio. Zones main interlocutor. Reporting, Analysis & Sales Optimisation: Weekly reporting to the CEO & Top Management. Building of new reports and new Management Committee presentation.
