As the head customer service, I worked directly with customers as the public face of CrossFit Liberate. I adored the opportunity to work with people who were courageously taking the step towards a healthier life. Most of the clients started in a vulnerable place. I was able to provide warmth and welcome them to the gym even if they felt out of place in the beginning. I was also in charge of the gym's financials earnings through new memberships. As the head sales associate, I would handle the sale itself along with billing and follow-up work.
