Global event management: drafting of specifications, and detailed monitoring of their implementation in collaboration with international teams, planning, coordination and execution of major events for the Bouygues Group holding company, such as trade shows (VivaTech), photo exhibitions (Julien Drach), seminars, team buildings, and presentations of financial results. Cross-functional management of production agencies: managing the link between the company and production companies to ensure the delivery of tailor-made events in France, Europe and internationally, while ensuring efficient synchronization of teams and resources. Content production and corporate communications: responsible for distributing the in-house magazine in over 90 countries, coordinating production and managing reporting.
