Manage Sales/ buying/ Ecom/ Merch to ensure end of seasonal books are closed within time frame and any orders forecasted. Collaborate with design/ technical to ensure any garment changes are signed off and agree new costs with factory. Maintaining rapport with factories and quickly problem solving where necessary/ negotiating payment terms. Engage in sustainability efforts looking into lean manufacture and ensure factories are up to date on compliancy/ certifications. Analyse vendor performance with relevant teams every 6 months/ review and update vendor manual. Responsible for keeping track of all trims, fabrics and setting up plan for usage. Manage and plan with the logistics company to ensure goods delivered to DC & direct to customer- Middle East, Europe UK.

. Update the Zedonk system to ensure that all information is live and up to date/ creating and sending PO's. Management and communication of critical path ensuring factory key milestones are met in line with vendor delivery schedules. Running weekly on time analysis, in line with critical path and delivery schedule/ updating PD tech with any changes. Ordering Trims/ labels and relevant stationary for production/ technical. Tracking and approving Lab dips/ Bulk Fabrics/ shipment samples Working with Product Development to ensure best prices within budget are agreed prior to orders placed. Work alongside Tech to ensure goods are in line with SGS performance testing R.E.A.C.H and any fit related issues that impact time. Ensuring weekly vendor delivery schedules are sent and updated on the master CP and updating the customer and logistics team. Managing Davies Turner warehouse delivery at best price and ensuring information is live on the P2D system. . Updating manuals, terms and conditions to reflect any changes.

Working with the senior designer to plan the range and design of softs and accessories ensuring correct to brand handwriting. Print design / Technical Drawings/ CAD Responsible for ordering sample lengths, trim and raw materials from suppliers for prototypes and samples Sourcing new suppliers, trim and fabric for the coming season at Premier Vision & Tex world Approving Lab dips and pre-production samples Providing feedback notes to the factory, following fit meetings working with tech to ensure all fits correct. Ensuring sales sample deadlines are met, and all trim, fabrics are ordered following on from customer order/ MTO. Working alongside manufacturers to ensure product is running to schedule via WIP. Management of BOM and tech packs ensuring up to date. Developing linings & trims with the fabric technician to ensure that fabric quality standards are met.
