Manage, track and plan the development and production schedule, critical path (FF & CMT) adhering to deadlines. Collaborate with finance & Merchandising to plan yearly budget estimating and allocating costs relating to production. Meticulously manage budget ensure seasonal payment schedules, are sent to Finance ahead of time. Maintain highest quality of materials, trims, finishes, ensuring competitive and fair cost price. Sourcing factories in line with company objectives (sustainability) cost, quality, and capacity. Build the ERP system (Stealth prev. Zedonk) create custom reports for C-Suite management and notify teams of any changes. Leading small team, managing roles and responsibilities of the Production Co-Ordinator's/ Production Assistant's workload. Manage Sales/ buying/ Ecom/ Merch to ensure end of seasonal books are closed within time frame and any orders forecasted. Collaborate with design/ technical to ensure any garment changes are signed off and agree new costs with factory. Maintaining rapport with factories and quickly problem solving where necessary/ negotiating payment terms. Engage in sustainability efforts looking into lean manufacture and ensure factories are up to date on compliancy/ certifications. Analyse vendor performance with relevant teams every 6 months/ review and update vendor manual. Responsible for keeping track of all trims, fabrics and setting up plan for usage. Manage and plan with the logistics company to ensure goods delivered to DC & direct to customer- Middle East, Europe UK.

. Update the Zedonk system to ensure that all information is live and up to date/ creating and sending PO's. Management and communication of critical path ensuring factory key milestones are met in line with vendor delivery schedules.
