I help with tasks such as booking shipments, preparing shipping documents, and tracking shipments. I also provide customer service support, responding to inquiries about shipments and deliveries. Among my primary duties, I provided front desk service to guests, processed guest payments, and provided information on various topics. It was my job to provide guest security screening and to be the first point of contact for staff, patrons, families, and tourists.
