I work in executive search with a focus on creative and product roles in fashion and luxury - Creative Directors, Design and Merchandising leads, as well as senior leadership in Digital, Marketing, and C-level functions. My background is in design: I studied at Polimoda and worked at Proenza Schouler, A.F. Vandevorst and Ann Demeulemeester before moving into recruitment. That experience helps me understand how creative teams actually work, what different studios look for, and how to read a portfolio beyond aesthetics.
