In team spirits I was working as a sales consultant. In this agency I was working with a team of staff representing numerous brands and offering their products and services to customers. I was working in a very fast paced environment, travel retail based in London Heathrow airport. I was meeting new passengers every day from all over different countries and fostering a good relationship with the customers to maintain sales. This role includes greeting passengers, helping passengers with their queries and other services, ensuring the smooth running of the airport.
