During the summer sales period coinciding with the Paris Olympics, I worked as a sales associate in a high-traffic retail environment. In this role I increased customer engagement while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere to help reduce perceived wait times, increasing customer satisfaction. Regularly interacting with French clientele strengthened my professional French language skills, enhancing my fluency and confidence.
