With my role at Vue Cinemas, I've developed strong sales and customer service skills, thriving in greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and upselling. Adaptable to fast-paced retail environments, I excel in various tasks from transactions to client advising, eager to apply these skills in a new retail setting.
As a customer assistant at Vue LTDS there were a range of different jobs and responsibilities' that I would take on for example greeting customers at welcome gate and pointing them to the right direction of there screening helping customers with any questions and getting them the help they need such as seating and air conditions issues to name a few. Another role i was station at frequently was concessions where they sell snacks such as popcorn, hotdogs ,and slushies .We were encouraged to upsell and convince customers to go large for a additional cost this was a great way for be to develop sales skills and boost my confidence as i would be talking to customers constantly.
