As i volunteer i would support the shop to day to day activctes. My Main responsibilities were • customer service • accepting, sporting pricing donations of clothes • shop merchandising • researching unusual or high value items • ensuring the shop was kept tidy • allowing the customer to be satisfied during the time their in the shop. These responsibilities allowed me to be proactive, have good customer service skills.

Was taught about Cisco And the IT industry. We had to take part in a project where we had to work as a team and present it to a team of judges, helping my collaborative and perseverance skills.

I collected charity money which helps feed the homeless. I would be Infront of retail places and spread awareness and raise funds. This had helps build up my confidence as i would have to speak to new people, also helped me face rejection which allowed me to try even harder.

I help out filling out forms for people who might not be able to read or understand English , interpreting phone calls from English into Somali, helping people place jobs. Main role was to make people feel comfortable and understood.

I did work Experience at a primary school, i assisted the children in their work, i did some IT work on the computer and got along with the children • It taught me how to have patience towards younger children • Made me more opened minded • Also taught me to be quick on my feet • Taught to how to adjust to different environments quickly
