The goal of OGX is to enable young people to explore and develop their leadership and to motivate them to have a positive impact on our society. The platform offers 2 types of internship: professional ones and volunteer ones. My job in this association consisted in finding opportunities of internship for students and following them in their journey by helping and advising them but also by finding solutions to their problems. I also helped organise some events (such as Globall Village), conferences or job fairs. I was responsible for the marketing part therefore my mission was to attract people, to motivate them to come to our events and take part in the AIESEC's journey.
