Working at one of Oxford Street's busiest stores has provided me with the ability to deal with high pressure working environment. I received extensive training in deliveries, till operations, stockroom management, and shop floor operations, which has enabled me to develop my flexibility and adeptly assume new roles. This role has improved my capacity for communication and understanding customer concerns.
I tailor and deliver personal tuition plans for student of diferent academic abilities from 5 to 16 year olds. This entails identifying what the students are struggling with and to then breakdown what the best approach is to help the tutees. I've also learned how to deal with misbehaving children and class management.
Work Experience [2020] – [2021] Throughout my year-long placement, I gained insight into the role of an estate agent. The main focuses were on how to efectively communicate with customers who are keen on looking for a new home. My day to day consisted of phone handling, scheduling appointments, leading presentations and physically showing clients around various properties.
I worked as a waitress in a rugby stadium, catering to a private restaurant. My main role was to serve lunch, dinner, and appetisers in a polished way to ensure guest are satisfied. I also attend to any concerns or aversions that customers may have to assist where I could.
