I am a friendly, hardworking and enthusiastic person who enjoys helping others and making people feel welcome. In a workspace environment I do this by trying to understand people's wants and needs, listening carefully and making sure they feel comfortable. Throughout my experience across retail, childcare and beauty, I have managed to develop strong communication, teamwork and organisational skills, this is because I have worked in many different environments and have managed to adapt quickly. I love learning new things and taking on new challenges in order to expand my skills. I am passionate about creating a comfortable and positive environment for others, whether I am helping a customer, supporting a child, or working in a team. -I organised and replenished shelves in order to maintain a clear and accessible display of products. -I checked stock in the pharmacy for any expired items and prepared lists of medications and products that were needed for new stock. -I prepared and organised dosette boxes for timely distribution to patients. -I handled confidential documents responsibly, following relevant data protection procedures in order to dispose the documents.
-I assisted with makeup applications for clients with different skin types, different age ranges, preferences, e.t.c -I delivered tailored makeup looks for special events such as weddings, birthday parties, engagements e.t.c ensuring the makeup look complemented each client’s style and occasion. -I communicated with clients throughout the process, ensuring their satisfaction and making adjustments to suit their preferences and achieve desired results. -Focused on building clients' confidence through professional, detail-oriented application techniques. -Maintained high standards of service and professionalism while working in a client focused environment.
- I welcomed customers and provided them with friendly assistance to support them in finding suitable products. - I adapted my communication to children of younger age as that was the majority of the customers that came in due to Claire's products being mainly targeted for children. -I helped to maintain attractive product displays and kept the store clean, tidy and organised for customers' shopping experience to be easier. -I replenished stock and arranged merchandise to support the store's presentation. -I worked collaboratively with colleagues in order to maintain a positive environment and shopping experience for customers. -I answered customer questions and provided helpful product information.
