My name is Angélique Gruau, I am a stylist, pattern maker, illustrator and textile designer, I also founded the brand "Amicalement Soi", a brand of silk scarves made in France. I like diversity in creation and working between object, art, fashion and material. I am French native & speak fluent English and Italian.

My career path allowed me to work in fashion houses such as Rabih Kayrouz, Christian Wijnants or Coralie Marabelle, at the Cifonelli tailor's shop where I went after my courses during my years at the Chambre syndicale de la couture parisienne, in textile printing factories and workshops such as Ratti, Pitzval in Como and Tissus d'Avesnières in Laval, as well as set design for Condé Nast Milan and artistic direction of short films. And then i'v created my own brand, Amicalement Soi during my master in textile at l'Academia de Costume e Moda.

I am creative and curious. I like working in a team, sharing my knowledge and learning from others. I am organised in my work and like to learn more and more. I am very motivated to work in a creative field.
