Maintaining presentation standards, performing quality control, flagging production/manufacturing issues and optimising stock levels on the shop floor. • Achieving and exceeding sale targets and KPIs. Analysing trade reports, performance spreadsheets and sales data; researching and evaluating products with insights into design, functionality and fabric composition to advise and support clients efficiently. • Engaging with clients on the womenswear/menswear shop floor, providing a high level of customer service and personal styling ranging across physical and online platforms, including recommending suitable pieces, styling outfits and presenting relevant options, resulting in positive feedback.
• Multi-tasking across multiple projects – including research, design development, pattern making, fabric and trim sourcing, fabric selection, range planning, layplanning, fabric costing, fabric cutting, constructing garments, bags and accessories, motif development and placement, preparing production packages, creating bespoke artisanal pieces, creating social media content, and successfully pitching commercial design/marketing ideas. • Training interns; organising fabric stock and the studio space. Directly supporting the creative director by tracking appointments, meetings and client visits, scheduling projects, note taking, writing reports, calendar management and corresponding on behalf of the brand. • Engaging with and styling customers, performing client fittings, drafting invoices, processing transactions via Zettle, logging purchases, data entry, analysing sale data and trends for future projects, performing quality control, and merchandising display pieces.
• Collaborating with various brands such as Bottega Veneta, Fendi, among others and their respective clientele at Private Sample Sales. • Optimising and visual merchandising shoes, bags, SLGs, and ready-to-wear, whilst communicating with different teams and managers. • Hosting and scanning members in the system, onboarding new clients and resolving tech issues. Managing customer interactions and sourcing specific items swiftly during busy periods. Advising and supporting customers with selecting/styling items.
