At Martine Rose I lead all design and development activities, delivering each collection balancing design vision, merchandising and commercial needs. Further to this I set all studio processes, timelines and budgets holding high level influence on board strategy, budget planning and P&L management. I was the key contact across all internal and external teams, including the licensing partnership with Tomorrow London. In my time at MRS I implemented new design flows, critical path structure, special project workflows and HR structure, resulting in improved delivery, margin and season on season revenue growth.
In 2019 McQ Alexander McQueen underwent a rebrand to MCQ, a creative platform built on the pillars of creative collaboration, technology and sustainability. Throughout the brand's evolution I played a central role in leading the team; writing the critical path, establishing new processes and hiring new departments. I served as the lead for design and development and the key contact across all other departments.
At DLV I managed the development of all apparel and raw materials sourcing in a rapidly growing contemporary brand, delivering two mainline collections a year, as well as seasonal collaborations and retail exclusives.
As a founder I was responsible for design, development and production, with final sign of on creative direction in photoshoots, branding and media content.

Lily is a positive and good natured power house that transformed the day to day working processes of the design team into a clear and efficient flow. She did this through strong cross-departmental communication skills including Merchandising, Sales, Communications, Product Development, Production and Legal teams. She works well under pressure and presents concepts and collections eloquently to a wide array of audiences. She would be an asset to any team and I hope to work with her again in the future.
