I was brought in to lead the transformation of the team and workflows from the former buying-led business model into a new design-led structure. This meant restructuring, hiring a new team, building and implementing the critical path, systems, infrastructure and tools intrinsic to a design-led brand. The culmination of this work was a 5 year strategic roadmap to deliver luxury product and positioning at a global scale.

Lily is a positive and good natured power house that transformed the day to day working processes of the design team into a clear and efficient flow. She did this through strong cross-departmental communication skills including Merchandising, Sales, Communications, Product Development, Production and Legal teams. She works well under pressure and presents concepts and collections eloquently to a wide array of audiences. She would be an asset to any team and I hope to work with her again in the future.
