I’ve started a new freelance role as a Content Creator for Clean Clothes Campaigns. This aligns perfectly with my mission to amplify the voices of ‘people’ in the sustainability movement, especially garment workers. I’ll be developing content to highlight their stories and challenges, driving awareness for fair treatment and sustainable practices in fashion. I’m so excited to get started on our first project and create content that connects with the audience! The key responsibilities involve- Content Creation: Produce a variety of content types, including social media posts, videos, and articles, to promote fair treatment and sustainable practices in the fashion industry. Campaign Support: Collaborate on campaigns focused on ethical labor practices and human rights in the global fashion supply chain. Audience Engagement: Craft messages that resonate with the audience, inspiring them to support the movement and engage with Clean Clothes Campaign’s initiatives. Research and Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about current issues in sustainability and labor rights to ensure content is relevant, accurate, and impactful. Collaborative Planning: Work closely with team members to align content with broader campaign goals and strategies for maximum impact.

Nobody’s Child is a responsible fashion brand dedicated to making beautiful, sustainable fashion accessible to every woman. The collections are crafted from responsible fabrics, reflecting the brand’s commitment to minimisng its environmental impact. My role as Store Supervisor at one of the busiest streets of London, Carnaby Street involved the following tasks- Team Management: As a Store Supervisor I managed a team of 10 employees ensuring a high level of motivation and performance. Regular team meetings were conducted alongside training to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of sustainability through product awareness. Staff Scheduling: I managed staff rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours and special events. I also managed shift changes and time off requests for smooth store operations. Sales Reporting: I prepared and anlysed sales reports to identify areas for improvement. The findings were further communicated to management and action plans were implemented to enhance store performance. Inventory Management: I assisted in managing inventory levels, conducting stock checks, and ensuring timely replenishment of popular items. This involved closely working with the supply chain team for optimized stock levels. This role helped me develop leadership skills, sales and performance management, and teamwork.
