As The Head of Design I am responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our design and creative output. I personally follow the full design process from the research and first sketches, the product development and sourcing all the way to the production of the final pieces. I ensure the designs are aligned with the brand DNA and expectations and are executed within budget and timescales. As The Head of Design I am responsible for developing and managing all aspects of our design and creative output. I personally follow the full design process from the research and first sketches, the product development and sourcing all the way to the production of the final pieces. I ensure the designs are aligned with the brand DNA and expectations and are executed within budget and timescales. Often working directly with private clients, pitching designs, and understanding client needs to develop custom design for leather bespoke creations. I am responsible for recruiting and managing multi-disciplinary third party suppliers and free-lancers as well as internal design resources. I work on implementing new processes and practices to improve efficiency of the design and creative department. Managing design process from conception through to final styling. Research and interpret forward trends and to drive product development Conducting research to identify trends, colours and materials, and seeking innovative techniques and finishes Developing concepts and ideas for seasonal and capsule collections Personally participating in Industries major trade shows in London, Paris and Milan Leading the team members in the product development process Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy Selecting leathers, colours fabrics and trims Creating both production sketches for development packages and bespoke sketches for private clients Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation Design products with an awareness of price architecture, margins and selling prices Manage Junior Designers and product developers both in house and outsourced to deliver consistency and co-ordination across all categories. Being a point of contact for suppliers and producers in particular with our Italian tanneries, suppliers and factories.

Further more, of developing concepts and ideas for seasonal and capsule collections, designing each piece with an awareness of price architecture, margins and selling prices. Working closely with both our suppliers and factories, following the sampling and the production processes of our clothing and accessories.
