My main responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service within a fast-paced clientele-based environment. I work with clients to help identify their consumer needs and fulfill their requirements both in-store as well as remotely for those who live internationally, this requires me to have an exceptional attention to detail, organizational as well as analytical skills. My daily routine also involves having to deal one on one with luxury fashion houses within store such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Hermes, Dior, Prada, Celine and many more. My role inspires me to go above and beyond for my clients ensuring that I am able to communicate effectively across a wide range of nationalities and be adaptable to their changing requirements. Part time job where I worked within the menswear department, my responsibilities were to provide great customer service and ensure standards and shop floor requirements were met. I also had to have an in-depth knowledge of brands sold across the floor to be able to help customers to the best of my abilities to help them find exactly what they were looking for. Other duties required me to be able to use tills correctly, cash up accordingly as well as be able to operate back of house efficiently. The skills House of Fraser helped me develop further were my adaptability, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Part time job where I worked as a sales specialist within the flagship store. My role required me to be confident in serving customers as well as having extensive and in-depth knowledge regarding products being sold within the store. Daily tasks included me having to assist customers by explaining the importance of being measured/ knowing their accurate size as well as being able to confidently help them with finding this out. To then making recommendations on what items are best suited from them through asking the relevant questions on what they are after exactly before making recommendations on what is best for them. I also worked towards KPI's, and targets set by the company as well as ensure to be a key driver to uplift sales. My role at Victoria's Secret required me to deliver V.I.P customer service, work with passion, pace and intent as well as be adaptable enough to support other departments within store such as merchandise, till support and brand ambassadors.
