My main responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service within a fast-paced clientele-based environment. I also had to have an in-depth knowledge of brands sold across the floor to be able to help customers to the best of my abilities to help them find exactly what they were looking for. My role required me to be confident in serving customers as well as having extensive and in-depth knowledge regarding products being sold within the store. My role at Victoria's Secret required me to deliver V.I.P customer service, work with passion, pace and intent as well as be adaptable enough to support other departments within store such as merchandise, till support and brand ambassadors.
