I had the pleasure of working with Jorge Freire and saw first hand the strength he brings as a creative leader. Jorge has a rare ability to balance design vision with commercial clarity. He understands how to build collections with purpose, protect brand DNA, and still push product forward in a fresh and relevant way. What always stood out to me was his sharp eye, his deep product understanding, and his ability to connect style with function. Jorge does not only generate ideas, he knows how to translate them into clear, wearable, and market-ready collections. He brings taste, discipline, and consistency to the design process. He is also a strong collaborator. Jorge works well across teams, communicates clearly, and helps bring people together around a shared creative direction. He leads with professionalism and calm confidence, which makes him a valuable partner in fast-moving and demanding environments. Jorge’s background across brands such as JOTT, Aigle, Timberland, and Façonnable reflects the breadth of his experience and his ability to work across different product and brand worlds. I would highly recommend Jorge to any brand looking for a creative director or senior design leader who combines strong aesthetics, product intelligence, and commercial understanding.
