In my dual role as Managing Director at Street Studios and New Business Developer at Jacaranda Films, I had the opportunity to marry my passions and foster a supportive and engaging environment for the teams to achieve their full potential. Sustainability is my core value, influencing my business approach and encouraging conscious practices, mainly through my interest in circular economy. Curious by nature, I love learning and developing my knowledge of purpose-driven business further.
I created first Chile’s first online location, Scouting and fixer services for stills and film productions. We provided hands-on services to our international clients and production companies. The company grew from 0 to 75 clients in the first two years. With the help of a team of 6 full-time staff and 15 freelancers. Our services included: Production - full shoot management- Shoot briefs - Equipment hire- Casting - Set Design & styling - Photography- Video equipment hire- Crew sourcing- Budget -travel arrangements- Negotiating contracts.

I create concepts for advertising campaigns, exhibitions, editorial, brand content, Spatial Design and anything that needs storytelling to communicate effectively and create visually engaging communication. I also collaborate with artist, photographers, directors and companies, to help them thru pivotal moments in their careers, curating and elevating their brand, space or personal project. My experience draws from a lifelong career in film & advertising in the Arts and Production departments. I work from concept to the end of the production. Managing budgets and full shoot management. I am involved directly in the visual concept and development of the projects, including design mood boards, styling, props sourcing, and problem-solving solutions that each job required. I have collaborated with many award-winning directors, agencies and production companies shooting in locations worldwide.
For almost 15 years I worked for the Advertising, Film & Fashion Industry on over 200 commercials worldwide collaborating with many awards winning directors, photographers, agencies & production companies. Clients included: Directors: Traktor, Sara Dunlop, Martin de Thurah, Antoine Bardou Jacquet, Bruno Aveillan, Tom Kuntz, Nicolai Fuglsig, Michael Gracey, Glenn Ficarra and John Requa. Agencies: Adam & Eve DDB, Ogilvy, Mc Cann Erickson, Cavalry, Publicis, JWT, Walter Thompson, The Richard Group, Euro RSCG, Getty Images. I have known and worked with Mariana for more than 15yrs. Since she has been at Street Studios she has master minded and overseen numerous improvements to the studios themselves as well as the services they provide. Her empathic leadership skills have meant she has trained and retained an amazing team who ensure all their clients , myself included , are looked after perfectly and professionally.
