during my time at this company I did commission based work for a broadband company in hull where I had to sign people on to various different packages and when they signed on I received my commission, during my time here I had picked up skills on how to successfully pitch the product to people.
While employed as a Christmas temp I was responsible for managing transactions on the tills as well as self-service, resolving customer needs and showing engagement with the customers as their transaction was being handled. i was responsible for the cleanliness of my work area and the return of any items not purchased. I was also covering various shifts for co-workers on break and doing many hours of overtime.
While my time here was short as it was mainly for work experience, I had picked up various skills in my time there, such as preparing certain merchandise for return, re-stocking shelves on the shop floor and taking count of inventory and Handling customer inquiries if they needed help locating items.
