I am a recent BSc Criminology and Sociology graduate with experience across retail, customer service, administration, and student engagement. Throughout my roles, I have developed strong communication, organisation, and problem solving skills while working in fast paced environments. I enjoy working with people, building positive relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. I am a quick learner who adapts easily to new challenges and takes pride in being reliable, proactive, and detail oriented. I thrive in collaborative environments but am equally confident working independently to achieve high standards. As a Student Ambassador, I represent the university across events, outreach activities and campus initiatives. I support prospective and current students, deliver campus tours, assist with marketing and recruitment events, and help create an engaging and welcoming environment for everyone at City. This role has strengthened my communication, teamwork and leadership skills while allowing me to contribute positively to the student experience.

Maintained high visual merchandising standards, replenished stock, operated the till accurately, and supported the team in achieving sales targets.
