Responsibilities • Define recruitment and retention strategies by client segment, merging data-driven insights with marketing approaches to meet business needs. • A to Z planning and the execution of all regional events, both in store and in external venues, either tailoring global guidelines to suit the specifics of the UK or ideating original ones. Responsibilities • End-to-end delivery of Marketing Campaign and Calendar Moments Client initiatives across six global regions, coordinating all phases of the critical path and ensuring consistency with commitments and targets. It involved strategic alignments , creative briefing both to internal teams and agencies, monitoring of all delverables and reporting. • Management of cross-functional, original Client projects and their global roll-out. • Organised Runway Show Client experiences, coordinating multi-day activations for up to 60 global elite clients per season. Achievements • Pre-Selling Activities: management of post-show resee events in London and Paris, and of virtual Showroom preselling on a global scale. These activations increased commercial results sixfold for AW23 presell activities versus AW22, and provided insights to C-level executives to drive the collection buy. • Made to Order trunk shows, introduced in Burberry for the first time: pioneering and exclusive trunk show events in US, UK and China offering the possibility to Elite clients to purchase made to measure show pieces not ranged in retail.
