• Monitor sales results (Sell In and Sell Out) on a financial and seasonal level to support Merchandising strategy for Handbags, Small Leather Goods and Belts businesses • Market analysis and competitor’s assortment study • Support Merchandising in developing assortment plans • Liaise with communication and marketing department regarding windows, advertising and catalogue selection • Participate in product review meetings with Design team and product development team • Support Merchandising in setting price objectives and liaise with Costing department to reach profitable margins based on company’s objectives • Participate in building the core assortment offer by clusters for RTL and WHL • Preparation of the Sales Campaign documents • Support PR team regarding product placement for special events, trade shows and press releases • Management of Salvatore Ferragamo Corporate Gift Project and Made to Order Service.
• Management of 3 POS in regards to budgets, HR and sales results • Motivation and management of the sales force composed of 12 sales representatives • Monitor sales performance on a daily basis and implement sales strategies to reach monthly objectives
