▪ Lead the day to day running of Production for Finery with overlooking fittings and sampling meetings. ▪ Involved in launching a small team with the challenge of creating more sustainable products, by sourcing new materials and exploring/sharing innovative ideas. ▪ Worked closely with designers, print designers, and pattern cutters to ensure that the right materials were matched with the best designs and patterns for final products. This includes launching lab dips/strike offs. ▪ Design and alter CAD files of garments and prints while sourcing fabrics, suppliers across UK and Europe. ▪ Undertake in depth research with Lead Designer and Creative Director of upcoming trends to use on our own products. ▪ Establish and manage the relationships between Finery and multiple wholesalers, suppliers and manufacturers to ensure that cost margins are kept and that products are kept to a high quality.
