Responsibilities: I ran full life cycle project from design initiation, budgeting & cost tracking, preparing project schedule & time tracking, design & details review, tender process, procurement, construction management to store opening management and final account of APAC region store fit-out and facade projects. Projects included pop-up, standard, airport and global stores. I worked as project lead of each assigned project with managing a full team on internal project coordinator, external consultants, contractors and vendors. By liaising with Landlords, I ensure the site take over and site possession went smoothly. With keen eye on detail, I worked closely with HQ design team in Paris on the development of new facade and new interior concept by giving constructive technical input and by arranging mock-ups to ensure the outcome is up to the company's standard. I reviewed the tenancy agreement on technical terms, and negotiated those terms with landlords to ensure terms are the most beneficial to the company, including securing store size and locations of both stores and external warehouse. Sometimes, I designed and built the pop-up stores with extremely tight schedule. I also gave training to new teammates including senior manager, project managers, assistant project managers and project coordinators. With good change management, risk management and problem solving skills, I propose alternative solutions to meet project objectives. Key Achievement: I had successfully delivered 16 stores of new openings and phased refurbishment within budget, on time and with excellent quality. I also managed 12 on-going projects with aggressive deadlines while meeting targeted objectives. After I just jointed the company, I delivered a pop-up store in a casino within 8 weeks time.
Responsibilities: I ran full life cycle of APAC projects from start to end as project lead with managing consultants and contractors. Projects included standard, airport and flagship stores. I prepared project budgets and timeline with other departments in determining specification for store openings. I worked closely with HQ in Milan on procurement, tender process and conduct tender analysis without QS team. I worked closely with Milan design team during all project stages to ensure branding specification are feasible for site construction and practicable for retail operations within set CAPEX. Key Achievement: I successfully delivered 20 stores of new opening and refurbishment in APAC region within budget and timeline. I successfully delivered projects in phases, concurrently with business operation to maximise store profitability. I also successfully handled and delivered 8 on-going projects within project objectives.
