Key Responsibilities: • Managed APAC projects on Fit-out and Facade, leading a team of internal project coordinators, external consultants and contractors for pop-up, standard, airport and global stores. • Analysed yearly unit rates to set budgets of both existing store concepts and new concept designs, reviewed tender reports and cost variation of each project. • Developed new built-in and loose furniture as well as new façade concepts by arranging detailed mock-up studies for every technical issue. • Liaised with Landlords on handover conditions and reinstatement requirement as well as securing location and size of stores and external back of house. • Worked closely with HQ in Paris and local procurement teams to determine suitable suppliers worldwide to deliver new designs for upcoming projects. Key Achievements: • Successfully delivered new openings and refurbishment of 16 stores in APAC region within budget and on schedule. • Successfully managed 12 on-going projects with aggressive deadlines while meeting targeted objectives. • Delivered and worked on store size from 100 square metres to 2,700 square metres.

Key Responsibilities: • Managed retail projects in APAC regions - project lead for standard, airport, and flagship stores as well as office project liaising with consultancy and contractor teams. • Prepared project budgets and timeline liaising with other departments in determining specifications for store openings. • Worked closely with HQ in Milan team on procurement, tender process and tender analysis. • Worked closely with Milan design team during all project stages to ensure branding specification are feasible for site construction and practicable for retail operations within set CAPEX. Key Achievements: • Successfully delivered 20 stores of new opening and refurbishment in APAC region within budget and on schedule. • Successfully delivered projects in phases, concurrently with business operation to maximise store profitability. • Successfully delivered and worked on store size from 80 square metres up to 530 square metres while handled 8 on-going projects.
