I am a confident problem solver and effective communicator. I take pride in everything I do and aspire to be the best version of myself. Being ambitious, hard-working, organised, goal oriented, resilient and I use multiple interpersonal skills, I can now use these attributes to collaborate with others as a team player, however I can also work independently. (WIRELESS) (ANNIE MAC/FOUR TET) • During my time working for hap, I was given the opportunity to work alongside the operations team. Whilst working and being apart of the team, I got a good understanding of how their system worked and their policy. I began to help the team with the Hap staff sign in for bar staff, merchandisers, managers and supervisors. I ensured that everybody was allocated to their designated areas and that they had their wristband and alcohol licensing training. • After sign in was completed, we would drop the first wave of people to their areas and return to prepare for the next wave of staff to return. • Whilst working at Wireless, during the three days I was doing sign in back-to-back alongside a bar shift. I worked in the VIP section at Wireless (the Hennessy bar) where I would deliver outstanding customer service and keep a friendly and warm demeanor. • I would create drinks and prepare the slush machine; I would clean the bar effectively and efficiently and prepare for the next day.
FREELANCE • Create video content and construct research on the brand and target audience. • Being consistent on creating content which suits the algorithm of social media and their audience. This also requires me to conduct constructive research in order to follow the latest trends and what is suitable for the company's specific target audience. • Putting up social media posts and doing campaigns for their brand. Using Canva, Tik Tok, Instagram and Facebook and learning how to draw the customers attention. Updating their social media and promotions, I also do regular check-ups on the insights on every platform and conduct SEO research.
PERMANENT Foodhall, Skims This helped me improve on paying attention to detail when having to restock shelves. • Weekly tasks would have to be completed within a deadline on time and effectively, such as due diligence and completing a opening and closing check list. • I completed training on how to use tills effectively and the rules using the tills. • I confidentially carried out good customer service whilst dealing with customers where they had enquiries about a product. Christmas temp • Being apart of the gift wrap team was a great experience, I believe I learned the basic skill of wrapping gifts. I built good relationships with my colleagues. • I was Serving customers and built a relationship with regular customers. I had to communicate with the customers to see what they or the person they were buying for liked which led to me. giving compelling advice and guidance on a choice of colour for the wrapping paper. • I was advising and instructing customers on prices and colour coordination. • I had to learn how to open and close tills, how to access the till, how to authorise gift cards. • Kept on top of cleaning and I was organized and keeping a tidy space. • I had to pay close attention to detail when wrapping the gifts as Selfridges wraps their gifts a certain way and I wanted to make sure it was neat and no creases.
• I have been bartending for almost a year, where I would have to interact with customers daily and ensure that their orders were correct and came on time. • As a bartender, my time management needs to be on point in terms of making drinks and setting up the bar. • I learned over 5 different cocktails. Using my problem-solving skills, I would create a palette to know the different types of alcohols and if I run out of an ingredient then I can come up with a solution buy trying a different brand. • I have helped with food and drink running, where this has also given me an opportunity to build my customer service skills. • During club nights, I was given the opportunity to be a bar backs, I had to wash and clean the cups and machinery in an orderly manner. • When doing the bar-back role, I have helped with deliveries, lifting and storing alcohol, changing bins and clearing the floor. • I got promoted and placed to do multiple roles within the company such as working in the cloakroom, being a waitress, VIP waitressing and shot girl as the company saw my exceptional work ethic and knew I was more than capable to learn and work efficiently and effectively within the business.
