Passionate about technology and innovation, I transitioned from traditional wholesale commerce to managing SaaS products. Additionally, I have a keen interest in working on AI bots and GPTs, having created several, thereby further exploring the possibilities of artificial intelligence across various domains. In terms of technical skills, I specialize in gathering and analyzing client needs through user interviews and leveraging product usage data. I am also responsible for competitive intelligence and market monitoring. I am involved in defining features to develop and implementing solutions aimed at improving performance. I have held positions as a manager of product owner teams. My role involved guiding, coaching, and training them in product methodologies, particularly through design thinking workshops. Additionally, I established agile processes to ensure the efficiency and flexibility of our teams.
