Led a trial project for Ricoh called “Sample Wardrobe” within the first few months of employment, showcasing initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Managed the intake and output of samples required for e-commerce photo shoots, maintaining precise records and coordination to meet tight deadlines. Acted as a key point of contact for internal teams, managing inbox communications and collaborating with the tech team to troubleshoot issues and streamline operations. Provided detailed feedback and insights on the trial process, contributing to the development and optimisation of future sample handling workflows.
Transferred hair products onto Deliveroo platform, verifying precise product information, images, and pricing. Addressed customer inquiries and delivered timely, effective responses to guarantee a positive shopping experience. Supported general store operations as required, encompassing restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and upholding cleanliness and order in store environment. Assisted customers at till, processing transactions with precision and efficiency.
Facilitated the shop's mission of supplying food to local community by coordinating, packaging, and distributing food to customers. Partnered with a team of around 20 teenagers to foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive environment while assisting customers. Played a key role in an impactful, award-winning billboard campaign targeting adultification of young black girls.
